Quick Replies
The Quick Replies area is a very useful tool that allows you to create buttons linked to other content of the Knowledge Base.
Quick Replies can be added to any existing answer and created in the Knowledge Base. They are displayed as buttons within the virtual assistant's response and allow you to provide more details or suggestions on what to read or ask next. They represent an easy way for users to access information related to a given response just by clicking on a button, hence without them having to explicitely ask.
You can find Quick Replies directly in Knowledge Base > Topic > Answer, located between the Answer content and Questions.
